Replacement, Returns & Refund

We don’t accept returns or exchanges unless products are damaged in transit.  Notify us within 24 hours of any issues with your order. Refunds or replacements for lost orders will be issued after investigation.

All sales of toiletries are final. For defective items, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package with your order number and clear photos. Shipping charges are non-refundable once your order is shipped.
