Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. All sales of toiletries are final. No returns or refunds will be processed.

In the rare event of a defective item, please contact us with your order number and a clear photo of the defective merchandise within 24 hours of receiving your package, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly. Please note that SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE once your order has been shipped. This policy applies without exception.

For international orders, please be aware that no refund will be issued for unclaimed or unpaid customs and duties fees. If your order is returned to us due to unclaimed or unpaid fees, you will be responsible for arranging re-delivery.

All returned parcels will incur a re-shipping charge, which will be invoiced and emailed to you.
